Position Description: Work Placement Facilitator |

Reports to: Operations Manager |
Direct reports: n/a |
Location: Hamilton-Waikato | Team: SPAN |
Key purpose of role: Work with approximately 25 youth to secure full-time work for young unemployed people aged 18 to 24 years old. Support participants to gain and maintain sustainable employment (91 plus days continuous employment). Work with youth coaches, career coaches and other Smart Waikato staff to diminish barriers to young unemployed people achieving full time employment success. |
