• Experience & Expertise: You’re a seasoned facilitator with a knack for stakeholder management. HR, careers, or sales experience? Even better!
• Resilience & Results: You’re driven, adaptable, and laser-focused on achieving results. You gain buy-in from youth, employers, and stakeholders.
• Organised & Optimistic: You thrive in dynamic environments, keeping everything on track while staying solutions-oriented. Your communication skills are excellent, and you know how to connect with all peoples.
• Local Know-How: You’re in the know about local industries, youth development, and the socio-economic landscape
• Culturally Aware: You understand the unique challenges facing youth of different cultures and bring cultural sensitivity to your role. Knowledge of tikanga Māori is a huge plus.

This is initially a one-year fixed-term contract, with a hybrid working arrangement, minimum 35 hours per week, 4 weeks holiday, offering a base-rate of $70,000 plus generous bonus range of $17,500 – $38,500.
